BECOME A PRENTIS (APPRENTICE)

If you want to participate in the work on board Yacht Eugenia you can become a prentis (apprentice) on the ship!
We welcome young people and young adults who want to join our association and try out what it’s like to work as deck crew on board Eugenia.
For those who want to join our activities, we arrange training to become part of the regular deck crew.

The duties of the deck crew include among other things to see to that the yacht can safely cast off and land at a pier. And to hoist, haul, handle, manoeuvre and lash the sails, to see to that the sheets and cables are coiled and organised, to manage things on deck, as well as welcome and take care of the passengers.

Yacht Eugenia is always in need of new and younger people who are interested in participating in different areas of work, like as captain, deck crew or helping with maintenance and administrative tasks. Notify us of your interest.
